Our home base

We hold both structural landscaping and pool building licenses, which means you only deal with one company throughout the duration of your project. Harrison’s offers a complete service to suit the specific demands of each project, whether it be an inner city dwelling, suburban garden or sprawling country estate.

With our extensive and experienced team Harrison’s provides a complete turn-key solution including garden design, landscape construction, pool building and garden maintenance.

We aim to make the process of garden design through to installation as smooth as possible for our clients.

Josh Harrison

Director

After completing an apprenticeship and Cert III in Landscape Construction, Josh founded Harrisons in 2006. A true garden lover at heart, Josh oversees every project from concept to completion. With Josh, you get someone passionate, energetic and experienced looking after your project.

Outside of work, Josh loves spending time with his young family, skiing and surfing.

Josh’s qualifications include:

Sam Snaith

Director & Head Landscape Designer

Sam began his career as a landscape apprentice and has over 20 years experience in both design & construction. Upon completion of Cert III Landscape Construction, he began studying at Ryde Landscape Design College. Sam heads up our design team which includes the council approval process. Sam has spent time working abroad both designing and building gardens and he’s involved in every step of our projects from design to hand-over.

Sam believes the key to successful landscape design is an understanding of scale, clean lines, restraint and an appreciation for the people who use them. His award winning designs, both locally and abroad have resulted in multiple awards and industry recognition.

He enjoys spending time with his young family in their sleepy beach-side suburb and at least one overseas surf trip per year.

Brett Martin

Horticulture Division Manager

Brett has been maintaining and caring for gardens across Sydney for over 20 years. He has an incredible horticultural knowledge and hands-on experience with all types of gardens across Sydney. Prior to working at Harrisons, Brett spent several years working for various horticulture businesses both locally and abroad.

Outside of work Brett enjoys spending time with his young family and has a keen interest in health & well-being.

Ange has been managing our office administration team since day one. Her role involves HR, invoicing, contracts administration and beyond.

A busy Mum to 3 kids, Ange loves holidaying with the family and watching the kids play sport.

Director & Construction Division Manager

Ben started at the grass roots of the landscaping industry and graduated with Certificate III in Landscape Construction. Ben heads up our landscape construction & pool building division, overseeing all aspects from the initial site inspection right up to completion.

He’s a country boy at heart and a passionate foodie with a life long love of rugby.

Katie Budd

Senior Landscape Designer

Katie is a passionate horticulturist and landscape designer. After completing her Diploma of Landscape Design in 2010, she has worked on a wide variety of projects that has taken her from garden maintenance to television, show gardens and designing residential landscapes. Katie blends creativity with thorough planning knowledge to create functional and beautiful gardens that draw people outside to connect with nature.

Her love of learning has led her to pursue studies to become an AQF 5 Consulting Arborist in an endeavour to expand her skill set.

With her passion for plant life and nature, she can often be found at a plant fair, hiking in the bush or pottering around her much-loved garden.
