Harrison's Landscaping respects your privacy.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it.
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We only collect information we need to respond to you and to carry out our work.
This may include your name, email address, phone number, suburb and property address.
It may also include details about your project, such as plans, photos, measurements and your budget.
If you apply for a job with us, we may collect your résumé and work history.
How we collect it
Most of the time, you give it to us directly.
That might be through the enquiry form on our website, by phone or email, or when we meet you on site.
We may also receive information from architects, builders or other people involved in your project, where you have asked them to share it with us.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry and prepare fee proposals and quotes.
We also use it to design and build your project, arrange council approvals where needed, manage maintenance work, send invoices and keep our records up to date.
From time to time we may let you know about our services.
You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information.
We only share it where it is needed to do the work you have asked for.
This can include councils and certifiers, engineers, surveyors, trades and suppliers working on your project.
We also use service providers for things like accounting, email and website hosting.
Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
